Zamane bhar ki nigahon se jo Khuda sa lage

Wo ajnabi hai magar mujh ko aashna sa lage



Najane kab meri dunya main muskuraye ga

Wo shaks k khuabon main bhi khafa sa lage



Ajeeb cheez hai yaro ye manzilon ki hawis

K rahzan bhi musafir ko rehnuma sa lage



Dil tabah tera mashwara hai kya k mujhay

Wo phool rung sitara bhi bewafa sa lage



Huwi hai jis se mun’nawar hai aik ankh ki jheel

Wo chand aaj bhi “Mohsin” ko kam numa sa lage

Urdu Sad Poetry in Urdu & Roman 2012

Urdu is a popular spoken language in South Asia, especially in India & Pakistan. It has a large number of great poets and people who are working to expand this language. Recently I was surveying the internet for different topics and I was surprised when I saw millions of people were searching for Urdu Poetry on the internet. Specifically, they were fond of reading Sad Urdu Poetry even Saddest Urdu Poetry. And the another important point is that the high percentage % of users were female I mean young girls. Oh, boy! it is really interesting that there are many websites about Urdu poetry and specially about Sad Urdu Poetry... so this is also a place for Urdu poetry.

Fasal nafrat gira rahi honnn

Gai dinon ko bhula rahi hon



Wo apne wade se phir gaya

Ma apne wade nibha rahi hon



Kahi mely tu use ya kehna!

Na dil ma koi malal rakheyy

Hamesha apna khyaal rakhey



Wo apne sare gham mujh ko de de

Tamam Khushyaan sanbhal rakhey

Shayed ka phir milo yye zaoq-e-nazar na ho



Yun uthro mere dill mien ankhoon ka raste

Mujh men sama jao nazar ko khbar na ho



Muddat hoi mily nahi aik dosrey se hum!

Aaj sab gily mita do koi shikwa phir na ho



Mere saamney bethy raho! main dekhta rahon

Ruk jaey kash waqt or talu-e-sahar na ho!!!



Kar lo mujh se wada mere ho mere bas

Jab sath mera do tu zamaney ko darr na ho

Pa har manzal ke de raza Akhlama
